What We’re Looking For:
Innovative Real Estate Deals: Projects with unique value propositions and strong potential for returns.
Clear and Compelling Pitches: Presentations that can clearly communicate the deal’s benefits, financials, and growth potential within a limited time.
Engaging Presenters: Individuals or teams that can engage the audience and effectively respond to questions during the Q&A session.
Pitch Details:
Presentation Time: Each selected pitch will have 10 minutes to provide a high-level summary of the deal (Slide Deck encouraged).
Q&A Session: Following the pitch, there will be 5 minutes allocated for questions and answers from the audience.
Submission Requirements:
Your Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number.
Deal Overview: Provide a concise summary of your real estate deal, including the type of property, location, and key highlights.
